  • They also decided to add a little more sparkle to the side with more garland and by this point they had decorated the bucket in a sheet of gold, too.

  • All decorated. The parade crew arrived about 7:30 a.m. and by 9:30 they had decorated the bucket truck. Plans for how to decorate the truck began weeks before parade.
