  • The Bright Ideas Prize Team, employees and directors of Coastal Electric Cooperative and its Foundation, surprised Liberty County High School Principal Paula Scott with news that her school won a $795 grant. The grant was won by teacher Amy Dilmar, who was absent the day the Prize Team came to see her.
